CERA is not responsible for:

    •    Payment processing delays
    •    Delivery issues handled by third-party services
    •    Availability of menu items or pricing listed on third-party sites

If you experience a technical issue during ordering, contact the third-party provider directly for assistance.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION

Certain features may require creating an account (e.g., loyalty tracking or stored payment methods). You agree that:

Catering Orders:

Cancellation policies depend on the ordering method (CERA direct, ezCater, SpotOn). Typically:
    •    Orders canceled within 24–48 hours of the event may be non-refundable
    •    Large orders may require advance notice

7. GIFT CARDS

CERA gift cards:

    •    Are redeemable only for eligible purchases at participating CERA locations
    •    Cannot be exchanged for cash (unless required by state law)
    •    Are not reloadable unless otherwise stated
    •    Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

Gift cards purchased through Square or third-party channels are subject to those providers’ policies.
