Inside This Year’s Yelp Event at CERA

We were thrilled to host a group of Elite Yelpers for the third year in a row! As always, we brought some extra pizazz to 2025’s gathering because CERA is more than just sandwiches and salads. Every day, we aim to deliver an experience in bright flavors and quality ingredients, from start to finish. We wanted our event to reflect that mission.

First, our guests got busy in the kitchen creating our house-made tzatziki with five simple, local ingredients: thick yogurt, fresh cucumber, garlic, lemon, and herbs. Then, the group sampled a mix of our signature sandwiches, salads, and grain bowls, featuring roasted meats, seasonal produce, and house dressings made from scratch.

We also demonstrated how each dish comes together in the kitchen before arriving on your plate. There’s intentionality in every step and craveability in every bite!
