We use fresh Scali Rolls from Winter Hill Bakery in Somerville, MA. Scali bread is unique to the Boston area and the bread of choice in Boston's North End at local salumerie to make Italian Sandwiches. Then, we add charcuterie from  Fra Mani & Volpi (with no added nitrites), sharp provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion & our own pickles & hots made in house, for an Italian that's unbeatable.

This...Is..Gyro!!!

All natural pork tenderloin, rubbed with cracked coriander & garlic and grilled over wood smoke. Add a generous dollop of tzatziki, fresh tomato, red onion & shredded lettuce and wrap it all up in soft, pillowy naan bread and this is the gyro...elevated.

Portabello mushroom schnitzel with spicy greens, pickled beets and a touch of vegan miso-mayo create a cravable sandwich that is meatless.

CERA is Latin for honeycomb. Bees are responsible for one out of every three bites of food we eat. Most crops grown; fruits & vegetables, nuts, seeds, fiber (such as cotton), and hay (alfalfa grown to feed livestock), require pollination by insects - bees in particular. Yet, bees are dying at a record rate, jeopardizing our food supply.

At CERA, our primary mission is to help to save the bees while making some great food.
