All NCS products are handmade and slow-smoked in small batches by our expert butchers, wurstmachers, and smokemasters, who never use artificial flavors, fillers, or dyes. We use NCS sugar-free bacon that is all-natural, certified humane ® and organic products, free from hormones, antibiotics, and GMO's.
Our company is committed to producing the highest quality all-natural beef from cattle raised in the Eastern region of the country. All of our beef is antibiotic-free from birth, we never allow any added growth hormones and the cattle are fed a strict vegetarian diet without animal by-products. Our cattle are born, raised and harvested exclusively in the U.S.A. and 100% of our beef is USDA graded Prime & Choice.
